Shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

All domestic orders over $50 qualify for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (delivered by third-party couriers)


Shipping costs for all other orders are flat rates based on your chosen priority and are non-refundable.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on curveez.com

Shipping address cannot be changed.


We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was placed.

Please carefully examine your package upon delivery to ensure there are no signs of damaged, missing or incorrect items.


If there are any problems, indicate the problem on the delivery note before signing it.
