1. Eligibility
The Curveez Golden Card experience is available exclusively to selected Curveez customers who access the promotion through an official Curveez QR code, landing page, ordigital activation.
Participation is limited to users who successfully complete the required validation process.
2. Reward & Discount Conditions
Any reward, discount, or promotional benefit granted through the Golden Card experience:

• Applies only to eligible products available on Curveez.com.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly stated.
• Has no cash value and is non-transferable.
All purchases made using a Golden Card benefit are governed by the standard Terms & Conditions of Curveez.com.
3. Usage Limits & Fraud Prevention
The benefit will be granted to only one (1) user per QR code.
To ensure fair use, the beneficiary will be validated based on the following criteria: email address, IP address, and mobile phone number verification through a one-timeverification code (OTP).
Curveez reserves the right to deny, revoke, or cancel any reward or order that violates these limits or shows signs of misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity.
4. Verification Requirement
To receive and redeem a reward, users may be required to:
• Provide a valid email address.
• Verify a mobile phone number through a one-time verification code.
• Failure to complete the verification process may result in forfeiture of the reward.
5. Availability & Modifications
Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified, substituted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
