It is the most comfortable shape wear I have worn and for the price it is great quality it does what it says it sculpts you and it is just amazing sizing is great I got an XL I am pant size 12 and wear L in shirt I am ordering a size Large because even tho it is amazing I find it that after the second wear it was a little lose and I normally hand wash my shape wear after second or third use if it’s still in good condition
